By engaging the services of Northshore Shine, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all reasonable care will be taken in the performance of our services. However, North Shore Shine, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be held responsible for any loss of, damage to, or deterioration of, the Client’s personal property, whether occurring before, during, or after the provision of services.

The Client is solely responsible for securing, removing, or protecting any personal items, valuables, or any property the Client desires prior to the commencement of services. North Shore Shine shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of value, or emotional distress, arising from any damage to property.

North Shore Shine shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or additional costs resulting from unforeseen conditions, pre-existing damage, or issues not visible during the initial inspection. This includes, but is not limited to, paint defects, rust, paint or component failure, prior repairs, or hidden damage. The Client is responsible for informing Northshore Shine of any delicate, aftermarket, or non-factory parts, as well as any fragile interior or exterior components. While North Shore Shine will exercise reasonable care in performing its services, no guarantee is made against incidental damage to such items, and liability for their repair or replacement is expressly disclaimed.

Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

By accepting service, you agree to indemnify and hold North Shore Shine harmless from any claims related to pre-existing vehicle conditions or third-party actions.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service, or increase the price for our services, for any vehicle with excessive dirt, extreme conditions, or as we deem necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of North Shore Shine for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
